When will my order be shipped?
Approximately 3 to 5 days from receiving your order depending on volume of orders at that time. It is our intent to fill your order and ship it as quickly as possible.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All electronic payments are processed through Paypal for your security. We will accept checks and money orders. For Checks, orders will not be shipped until the check clears the bank.
What is you return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, exchanges or returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery (less $3 shipping & handling cost). You will be charged $3.00 shipping/handling for exchanges to cover costs of the 2nd delivery. Returns are not accepted for custom stacker bows, stacker headbands, braided headbands, custom pony streamers.
All returns or exchanges must be mailed back in the ORIGINAL BOX to prevent damage. We are unable to accept worn or damaged items. If items returned are worn or damaged during return process (ex: sent back in an envelope or box too small for bows) a refund will not be issued & the merchandise will not be shipped back to you again.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. An order confirmation will be sent via e-mail once the order has been processed and packaged.
Do you accept international orders?
We currently accept orders from the U.S. only.
Can I ship to another address?
Yes, you can ship to another name & address.
What is the difference between an alligator clippie and barrette?
Our lined alligator clippies are recommended for babies or younger girls with thin/fine hair. We line the clippie for a more soft & secure hold. They can slide in the hair alone or on top of a ponytail.
Our barrettes come in 2 sizes 2-1/4" or 2-3/4" depending on the style of hair bow. This barrette works best in older girls and girls with thicker hair. See our "hardware" link for a visual difference.
